HUGE milestone for this family! With all the hardships & challenges they have faced, they are moving forward! They get a well deserved fresh start and it is fantastic! It all started when one of their amazing little humans got sick, their whole world stopped... their priorities changes in a heartbeat, literally. Their lives were just one big question mark. The level of uncertainty, stress and overwhelm was at a max. They needed a reset.
They reached out to me and we put a plan together. We negotiated a short sale with their lender and got to work. At times it was frustrating, dealing with the mortgage company, with so many delays, extensions and headaches. A time or two, they were ready to throw in the towel. But they adapted to the situation, made the best of it and made it through, and yes, for all my movie buffs, just like Andy... they made it through. (bonus points if you reread that in Morgan Freemans voice) 🤣
