Then a pilgrimage to celebrate the month after. What does all this mean? Lets look at a few key stats. Market type: Surprise! We are still in a Seller's market! Now, let me point out, that each "micro market", subdivision, school district, etc may have a different market type vs the county they're in. So if there is a higher quantity of homes available vs the buyer demand, the market type can definitely feel different. Be sure to check out your neighberhood snapshot for more details.
