Whew! The Market Has Shifted! Let's Dig Right In!

Yep, the market has shifted. But what I find interesting is that it isn’t shifting the same way everywhere.

Gwinnett: Buyers are gaining some leverage as inventory grows.

Barrow: Homes are sitting longer and prices have adjusted.

Hall: Values are holding up relatively well despite a big increase in inventory.

Habersham: This is the biggest shift toward buyers, with nearly 8 months of inventory.

That’s why I keep saying know your numbers. Not because you need to sell, but because your local market is constantly changing.
